To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天晚上不知什麼東西好，所以最終來了平常經常吃的譚仔雲南米線，來吃一個晚餐了。今天我在譚仔雲南米線，選擇了一個兩餸的米線，而米線的湯底我就選擇了麻辣湯底的二小辣，湯底的麻辣程度非常之足夠，而餸菜方面，我就選擇了酸菜及雞肉，因為餸菜方面不太足夠，所以我還點了一個小食，那就是麻辣豬耳，而使用麻辣豬耳的麻辣汁配合雞肉是非常之配搭的，亦非常之好吃。因此，晚上在譚仔雲南米線的晚餐，都算是一個價廉物美的選擇。
