今晚食雞煲,因為個friend唔食辣,所以就叫咗椰子雞煲,清潤口味其實都唔錯啊。呢度嘅椰子雞煲係成個椰青喺你面前倒落去個湯底度,有姿勢有實際,湯底滾咗再落雞,再次等佢滾起嘅時候就可以開動喇,先食雞飲雞湯,啲雞肉新鮮好味,冚蓋滾佢5至6分鐘左右就食得,啲雞肉彈牙得黎又唔會好韌喎,碗雞湯真係精華所在,超正,食到咁上下先至開始打邊爐。火鍋配料就嗌咗韭菜餃、竹笙同埋生菜。韭菜餃好好食,入面啲餡料好新鮮,大推。
