To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早一天慶祝母親節, 一早去霸位飲茶。0930去到, 都要等到0950先有位。一坐低, 個友善的樓面好心提我要十點前落order, 不要錯過8至10的優惠時段, 好讓我能趕及order左四個優惠的點心, 包括13.8大大碟的幼嫩菜芯, $10一碟三件的熱騰騰脆卜卜的咸水角, $10一碟糯米磁等等。全部都好味, keep到水準及分量。最令人回味的是椰皇燉燕窩 (見圖), 熱食的。足料兼美味, $35一個我覺得值! 一定會再幫襯。
