To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美味突出的手造魚蓉燒賣

今日路經白田購物中心，知道附近有間林記，自製魚蓉燒賣很出名的，於是去買了一串魚蓉燒賣加一串咖哩魚蛋，魚蓉燒賣一串有五粒，五元，即一元一粒，可能比起其它地方貴，但魚蓉燒賣全是人手製造，現在很小地方可以食到，燒賣外型大小適中，皮很薄，有很香的魚肉味，非常好味，而魚旦四元有五小粒，味道一般，唔特別，依度仲有好多其它小食，但由於之前已經食飽，惟有下次再試，最欣賞依度就是有位可以比客人坐下來慢慢食。
