To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然是米線的忠實支持者，但卻不是常常吃米線。在街上很容易便找到一家米線店，但好吃的卻不多。這家位於荃灣的米線店，我卻常常光顧。米線的淡或濃都是任君選擇的，我喜歡吃清淡的，但吃清湯米線實在有點單調，便點了小鍋米線加豬大腸，味道為少辣。米線湯底很濃烈，酸辣的程度也很夠味，雖然是辣，但很易入口。米線的質地幼長潔白，口感不錯，烹調時間剛好，軟硬適中。配料亦很多選擇，但由於麵既份量很多，加上小鍋米線附上的肉碎酸菜等的附料很多，我通常只會叫一道配料，不然便吃不完~
