今晚喺灣仔搵食 嚟到一間樓上日本料理店食dinner梳化位好寬闊 返完一日工 可以舒舒服服咁坐 冷氣又唔太凍... 小妹旁邊有個可愛的假火爐~~~呢度嘅茶有別於其他日本餐廳嘅綠茶 用咗由玄米同日式煎茶拼配而成嘅玄米茶 除咗有綠茶嘅芳香 亦有烘炒嘅米香... 總之正過綠茶啦 XD呢度嘅wasabi都好正 超級嗆鼻 很多地方嘅wasabi只係得個辣字小妹和友人首先點咗比較飽肚嘅特選海鮮丼 比普通海鮮丼貴超過$100 但係用料明顯「特選」!除咗肥美嘅 大吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、左口魚群邊、吞拿魚、三文魚腩... 還有 切成四粒 多汁嘅磯煮小鮑魚、飽滿嘅特上三文魚籽、壓成一pat好適合撈飯嘅蔥吞拿魚腩、韓國海膽、特大赤海蝦兩隻(!)、帆立貝、赤貝... 微酸嘅珍珠米裡面夾雜咗白芝麻同紫菜碎 令個飯更加可口!另外 所有丼物加$20就可upgrade成定食 有一個海帶麵豉湯、胡麻田園沙律 同 日式燉蛋... 湯有濃濃的豆腐味... 燉蛋好滑漏 裡面一個氣泡都無 仲落咗魚肉和冬菇小妹點咗朋友極力推介嘅特選鮪盛 大吞拿魚腩、中吞拿魚腩 和 吞拿魚壽司 各兩件 魚腩比普通魚肥少少油少少 啲筋絡比較清晰...
