一直想試吃蒸氣鍋,今天晚上終於有機會於口碑甚佳的 "蒸蒸日上" 一嚐用全蒸氣烹調的原汁原味食物。這裡只提供 set menu,有$320 / $400 /$500 的套餐,我們一行4人都點了$400/位的套餐。以下 video 以供參考。"蒸蒸日上" 環境比較家庭式,採用開放式廚房設計,非常乾淨企理。這裡提供的是桂圓茶,味道甜酸,我比較喜歡用傳统的茶來配海鮮。店家提供大量葱蒜辣椒及豉油給客人,但我一樣都不用不上,來這裡是要吃原汁原味。要開始今晚的盛宴了,先由粥底開始煮,服務員先將生米及排骨菜乾倒進鍋底,然後才開始為我們在粥面蒸各式各樣的海鮮。先蒸多種貝殼類海產,打頭陣的是超級鮮味的噴水花甲。花甲不算大隻,但肉質嫩滑,味道極鮮。接着是來自菲律賓的海蝦,同樣鮮味十足,我只略嫌肉質有點太實,不夠滑。濟洲象拔蚌片是另一精彩食材,用蒸的方法比灼更好吃。聖子不算巨型,但頗厚肉,蒸的時間剛好,保持爽嫩。鮮鮑仔反而驚喜欠奉,鮮味不足。龍躉蒸雜蔬是阿P最喜歡的菜式,龍躉魚塊非常彈牙,味道鮮甜,龍躉皮比肉更精彩,夠厚及煙韌。那些蔬菜也不容忽視,有我最喜愛的秋葵及甜栗米、白菜、津白、芋頭及南瓜,全部都十分新
