To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地方唔大，但食物質素唔錯。香煎北海道帆立貝伴蟹膏意大利飯套餐意大利飯入面有洋蔥、蘑菇、三色椒粒、蜆肉，帶子煎得唔過火，煮到飯味香濃而有咬口，好食。前菜巴馬火腿、布冧沙律伴紅莓黑醋汁好開胃嘅前菜。布冧同紅莓黑醋汁，令沙律更美味。餐包有三款餅乾條，好脆口。抹茶提子包，外脆內軟。酥皮牛肉包，口感鬆軟。廚師是日餐湯濃厚味的南瓜湯菠蘿青檸梳打菠蘿加青檸，味道酸酸帶一點甜，夾埋梳打一齊好飲。400次咖啡入口咖啡濃厚，咖啡香氣撲鼻。
