Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開灣仔，知道有呢間品穀麵包店，店內有賣好多唔同種類嘅包類，但最令我吸引嘅就係bagel!!!!!金鑽鳯梨比高🥯店內有幾款bagel，對於選擇困難症嘅我，幾經辛苦先決定到揀佢，食完佢完全覺得選擇正確！比高size都幾大件，望落脹卜卜，賣相討好，咬落煙韌得嚟又鬆熟，口感十分之好，仲食到有茶葉香，係鐵觀音味，幾香。另一重點就係鳳梨，入面勁多粒，食極都有，酸酸甜甜咁，好match！食晒覺得勁滿足～買之前本身俾宇治抹茶吸引左，因為見到佢有麻糬，依家後悔冇買埋佢，下次去一定要買多幾件食！價錢合理，每款只需$20幾蚊咋！
