To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細個睇美味天王見到一道金釀銀炒飯成為左我心目中美味炒飯嘅典範位於牛頭角嘅金飯館同樣以黃金炒飯作招徠今日我就黎一試究竟餐牌有多款黃金炒飯而最吸引我就係即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯椒鹽豬扒飯好似座小山一樣炸豬扒即成粗長條狀有五六條未切應該大件過手掌🖐️面上爆多蔥蒜香味先聲奪人炸豬扒炸得酥香之餘肉質保持軟嫩👍蔥蒜惹味唔會過鹹混和炒飯一齊食更是添香添味炒飯肉眼看得正嘅乾爽粒粒金黃難怪個個都食到清盤🤭另一樣我覺得必定要試嘅係同系列嘅椒鹽雞翼！同樣蔥蒜滿滿雞翼皮脆肉嫩仲要可以保持到溫度一路食一路都有熱辣辣口感👍除左炒飯外金飯館都有無咁熱氣嘅泡飯選擇蠔仔肉碎泡飯蠔仔多肥美鮮甜湯飯易食飽肚想有米飯落肚金飯館係個好選擇！
