Restaurant: 山東餃子館
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次就黎到一間舊式餃子店 - 山東餃子館。一黎到店舖門口就有一塊好搶眼，黃底紅字，清晰寫住"山東餃子館"既招牌，入到店內，裝修唔算好舊式，環境亦算乾淨。望住餐牌上各式各樣既餃子麵食，我地最後決定 order 一客雞絲拌麵，一份西洋菜餃，仲有一碟番薯苗。叫得餃子館，餃子方面果然有佢出色既地方，每粒餃子都非常足料，而且皮既厚薄岩岩好！配上豆瓣醬一齊食絕對一流！唔食西洋菜既朋友都唔需要擔心，因為店內有十多款餃子可供選擇，實有一款岩食！
