是日與友人聚會,想吃川菜,選址銅鑼灣的川滿居。雖然是閒日,但客人相當多,建議訂位為佳!藤香雞與口水雞不同,藤香雞使用藤椒,幾乎沒有辣度,入口溫和,偏向於麻中帶香口感,沒有苦澀味,雞件滑溜,整體口感清爽,是一道挺開胃的前菜。片皮鴨(半隻)份量足2-3日食用,餅皮厚薄適中,入口煙韌,配以甜麵醬及鴨片同吃,不錯。招牌香鍋有十多種配料可自由配搭,份量很大,鑊氣十足,每枱必點的招牌菜式,口味我點了醬香不辣,推薦點豬頸肉和雜菌。
