To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住在這酒店，見評價好都想試呢間餐廳5個人叫左5個餐再加配其它先來麵包，味道一般南瓜湯，麻麻地水牛芝士蕃茄，幾好食芝士唔錯八爪魚無試牛柳+250轉和牛，很林幾有牛味，又無肥膩感，都抵轉西冷牛扒有根頗失色，不過好重牛味，有咬口但唔硬，薯條鬆脆，唔差加錢叫多個帶子，一般無乜味另再單點羊架，非常美味，算係食過最美味的羊，非常林滑加100有甜品，藍莓芝士蛋糕幾美味，塊nuts脆餅都好味橙酒朱古力蛋糕，無試但應ok再開左兩大枝酒，5個人食左近一皮都頗貴，似終要飲酒無辦法整體都唔錯，可再來
