To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚到梨泰園慶祝朋友生日,甫進餐廳便聞到韓燒的香氣,食慾大增,一口氣點了兩份牛(調味牛肋骨肉($208),牛側腹($225))、醬油蟹($390)、海鮮泡菜餅($148)、部隊鍋($380),打算大吃一頓。點菜後,侍應隨即送上九小碟前菜,泡菜芽菜菠菜魚糕等常見的前菜少不了,最意想不到好吃的是紫蕃薯,香甜。兩款牛肉的色澤漂亮,一看便知是新鮮貨色。調味牛肋骨肉經過腌製已很夠味,不用沾醬就可以吃。直接吃牛肉,或用生菜包,各有滋味。而牛側腹紋理清晰,油花分明,一份共有十片(一上桌就急不及待燒肉,忘記了拍照),吃起來有點像牛小排的感覺。順帶一提,這裡的蔬菜籃要另外收費,不像其他韓燒店免費贈送和無限refill,一籃有生菜、紫蘇葉、蒜頭、辣椒。海鮮泡菜餅是今晚云云菜式中我最喜歡的,餅煎得香脆,海鮮餡料豐富,泡菜味濃郁,有數塊煎餅更有青陽辣椒,嫌不夠辣的話,還可沾辣汁,煎餅沾辣汁後真的很辣,很刺激,在醬汁中加份芝麻是神來之筆,增加口感和香味。部隊鍋索價$380頗貴,但勝在份量大,足夠我們四人每人一大碗,我喜歡部隊鍋的調味,是泡菜的酸味多於辣味,相信是為了配合大多數香港人的口味而調較的。而且鍋中的

部隊鍋索價$380頗貴,但勝在份量大,足夠我們四人每人一大碗,我喜歡部隊鍋的調味,是泡菜的酸味多於辣味,相信是為了配合大多數香港人的口味而調較的。而且鍋中的肉類除了一般的香腸午餐肉,還有五花肉;除了公仔麵,還有通心粉,有誠意。

可能現在並非蟹的季節吧,醬油蟹的三隻蟹都很瘦弱細小,蟹膏是有的,也算甜,但跟韓國當地肥美的醬油蟹實在差太遠。吃數口還覺得可以,但愈吃便愈覺得黏著口腔和喉嚨,醬油味的咸味和甜味有點失衡。

吃過以上菜式後,我們便請侍應上我們買來的蛋糕,餐廳不單不收取切餅費,更送一支sparkling wine給我們,實在很感謝餐廳的心意呢。
