To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食,已經覺得要再嚟喇!食咗個蝦頭海鮮河,酸辣湯底,酸辣度適中,唔會蓋過鮮味。海鮮配料有兩隻蝦、兩粒迷你帶子 (五毫子大小)同兩隻細細的青口。細係細,但都好食,蝦鮮+彈牙,帶子青口味道都好。可能係新開,所以地方都好乾淨。一碗粉由$4X-$5X不等,咁嘅價錢喺呢區算係咁啦。
