Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

品穀喺灣仔都已經開業咗有一段好長嘅時間，一直聽聞佢嘅品質好好，成日經過但一直未有機會品嚐。今日終於可以試到啦😚✨🍵宇治納言bagel $25Bagel麵包煙靭，富有🍵抹茶香😳 中間紅豆餡煮得軟綿，完全冇豆衣，亦不太甜👍🏼 麻薯軟糯。抹茶紅豆麻薯係天作之合，三者配合令口感層次十分豐富🌟🥯原味bagel $19Bagel 麵包口感比宇治納言更煙韌😳 （可能因為冇中間的餡料，全是bagel 麵包的原故）越咬小麥嘅香味越出👍🏼 不過建議都係配合cream cheese，個人覺得味道會更好。食物：4.5/5🥯Bagel 十分出色，價錢合理（相比起係Cafe食）。尤其推薦宇治納言🍵
