今日放工突然之間好想食牛扒，於是到訪這間餐廳，服務員介紹了一份肉眼牛扒，在對話過程中，感到他們非常專業，因為我從來都不知道肉眼是那一個部位及煮法也影響牛肉的口感，牛扒很快到了，我急不及待一口咬下去，在這時我感覺到肉眼牛扒的嫩滑感感覺讓我感到驚喜，尤其是外焦內嫩的烹調做法，使牛肉的質感層次分明。加上少許的調味料，海鹽和黑胡椒，更能使肉質的鮮美更加突出，在享用牛扒過程中，服務員非常體貼和關心，令這頓飯加了點色彩，感謝他們提供專業的意見
