To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚, 約好家人在餐廳內等.到逹門口的時候, 說實在的, 猶豫了一下.門外裝潢是70年代風格, 立刻令我聯想到 等舊式西餐廳.安座後, 裡面燈光微弱, 餐牌厚厚, 舊舊的.正納悶不知點甚或吃, 家人說點甚麼也沒所謂, 最重要的是要配這餐廳特製的”森美汁”!!家人點了龍蝦牛柳餐!可跟餐要煙三文魚沙律, 另加田螺我點了羊排餐配森美汁!可能這樣說有點誇張, 但個汁食左係令我嘩咗一聲!個汁真的很特別很香很惹味, 大概是混合了洋葱磨菇黑椒蒜蓉的秘製醬汁.難怪家人大力推薦!不過其實都幾重口味, 哈哈!“森美汁” 絕對又係會令人掛住!!!!

Other Info. : 這裡的懷舊氣氛, 會令很多五十幾歲的朋友充滿回憶.. 他們會想起那時吃西餐是很巴閉, 是兩口子儲很耐錢才能吃一次的奢侈拍拖活動. 如果每次吃飯, 都能有時光倒流的甜蜜回憶, 實在很幸福!!
