To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 普天同慶的聖誕節日我們相約去品嚐法國料理六道菜的tasting menu是今日的選擇先奉上一籃子麵包可配牛油蕃茄橄欖蓉食用第一道菜是北海道帶子二重奏生帶子熟帶子各有性格生的鮮甜熟的香口緊接是香焗大蘑菇配海蝦和巴馬臣芝士微溶的巴馬臣芝士味道濃郁配上波特蘑菇很美味緊接是松露蘑菇忌廉湯蘑味濃郁得過份好像濃縮了一整個農場的蘑菇於一個湯碗內第四道菜是為了清清口腔香橙雪芭緊接奉上香橙味濃郁感覺超開胃第一主菜是香煎比目魚比目魚肉油份高嫩滑無比魚皮煎香後香脆可口第二主菜是香焗鴨胸配無花果鴨肉約半生熟口感嫩滑是我最喜愛的一道菜甜品是蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕簡單又好味道侍者們都非常專業態度友善我們十分享受今晚的時光順帶一提這裡是社企餐廳受惠機構是庭恩兒童中心
