To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住在美孚,大家要吃得比較好一點都會去曼坊那邊,久不久和家人想吃中菜就會一起來吃這間,一來餐廳大,坐得舒適;二來餐廳質素穩定,每次來都有品質保證。上海肴肉最喜歡的前菜之一,入口隨著冰涼的口感滑進口腔,肉質鮮嫩並且在啫哩部分加入了陳醋,就算不點醋也十分開胃雞絲粉皮麻醬醒胃,配上青瓜、粉皮、雞絲真是絕配一口接一口愈吃愈開胃炸黃花魚很少吃炸魚,期間限定有炸黃花魚吃,便點一客試試。共兩條小黃花魚,炸得十分穌脆而魚肉不乾,好香!加上有點炸蒜、紫菜碎令香味更提升蔥爆牛肉(連餅皮)醬汁調得合我口味,牛肉嫩又吸收了大蔥香味。但略嫌炒得比較多汁,如果再炒得有獲氣點會再香口些,但整體不錯

蔥爆牛肉(連餅皮)
醬汁調得合我口味,牛肉嫩又吸收了大蔥香味。但略嫌炒得比較多汁,如果再炒得有獲氣點會再香口些,但整體不錯
