美孚新村原來都臥虎藏龍,位於美孚新村裏面有間以京川菜為主的餐廳,小菜全部都是幾十至百元起。石庫門老式燻魚燻魚有別於平時食到的柴皮又乾身,用了鯇魚腩炸至皮脆肉嫩,再加上陳醋汁調味,魚骨少又不會太乾。宮保澳帶子帶子表面薄粉炸至外面帶點脆,中間還呈刺身狀,以川菜的手法爆炒,帶點微辣又惹味。蝦米銀魚肉碎伴脆片蝦米銀魚仔令整碟肉碎帶鮮,加上自加調製的醬汁,伴上脆口蝦片,惹味帶點微辣,不過就比較油膩。美極牛肉鬆炒飯炒飯乾爽咸味剛好,裏面有粒粒牛肉碎及菜粒,耐且不會油淋淋。
