今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀食海鮮。朋友之前都嚟過一次,食完之後經常提起話好好食,今次就等我一試究竟。餐廳係美國風,當日係星期六中午,客人比不多,但這餐廳位於H8這個尖沙咀蒲友必定知道嘅美食大廈,相信晚上客人應該不少,而且會相當熱鬧。經朋友推介,我叫咗杯熱朱古力。有四款口味,我叫左榛子味。原來杯熱朱古力係要自己整嘅-餐廳會俾杯熱牛奶同埋一支朱古力棒,再加兩塊曲奇餅。我就趁熱將朱古力棒放入去攪拌,將啲朱古力溶咗佢。啲朱古力味都香濃,而且又好玩。頭盤叫左個芝士汁蟹肉釀蘑菇,我諗起中菜嘅蟹肉蘑菇扒豆苗,呢度就係芝士汁代替豆苗,都幾得意嘅配搭。嚟到今餐嘅主角熱船長海鮮拼盤,D海鮮放入一個膠袋再用藍色網包住,好似喺海打撈上嚟咁。店員先叫我地相機食先,然後幫我地影相。餐廳都好體貼咁俾我哋每人一條圍裙,唔使驚食海鮮時整污糟件衫。我哋叫咗三種海鮮嘅set,小龍蝦、扇貝同埋長腳蟹柳,另外再加三隻虎蝦。再配上牛油檸檬汁。扇貝好大粒,咬落去好鬼爽,我選擇成粒擺落口,好有霸氣,哈哈。長腳蟹柳非常鮮甜,又係啖啖肉。到小龍蝦,之前我係大陸都食過小龍蝦,之後聽D人講大陸啲小龍蝦係坑渠度飼養嘅,所以之後唔敢食,不過嚟到呢度就

到小龍蝦,之前我係大陸都食過小龍蝦,之後聽D人講大陸啲小龍蝦係坑渠度飼養嘅,所以之後唔敢食,不過嚟到呢度就梗係唔使驚啦。小龍蝦都好甜好爽。
