To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環交易廣場平台的翠玉軒為美心集團中菜唯一擁有米芝蓮的星級餐廳, 貴為米芝蓮多年的一星餐廳, 其出品必是美心集團中菜中最出色, 就試下。招牌龍皇餃 , 比想像中細小, 好吃, 有鮮味, 但不覺是龍蝦肉, 旁邊有龍蝦殼做賣點。脆脆龍鳳卷 , size比想像中大, 差不多是一般春卷2至3倍大小, 餡料豐富. 有魚肉是比較少見, 基本一人吃一條已足夠。另外點了葡汁焗釀嚮螺    (沒有拍照), size比想像中小, 螺肉不多, 但熱熱的, 好吃, 葡汁都算有水準。壹品砂窩飯 , 香口的炒飯用上鮑魚汁炒, 餡料有蝦肉豬肉及香菇等, 有水準。甜品點了焗西米布甸    (沒有拍照), 用料足,同樣有水準。翠玉軒比一般美心集團中菜水準為好, 以中菜計有米芝蓮一星餐廳的水平, 價錢也合理, 可以一試。
