To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心中菜一直保持水準,沒有令人失望,今次的晚餐十分豐富,大家食得十分滋味。油浸籃鱈魚與友人都喜歡吃海鮮, 魚類就只喜歡吃質素好的, 頗為咀刁, 這一條油浸的鱈魚, 常在飲宴中出現, 卻不容易拿捏火喉, 有超過一半機會都會浸得過火了, 可能怕不熟客人吃了肚痛, 後果更嚴重吧, 而這裡大廚火喉卻控制得好, 魚肉是剛剛好熟和離骨, 肉質超級滑嫩有點魚香, 又不會腥, 吃出鮮味, 加上有點甜的蒸魚豉油, 口感一流!鮮蟲草花娃娃菜眾多菜式之中, 以這款最為清淡, 滾至奶白色的鮮魚湯, 只帶有淡淡魚香, 調味很輕或無, 再加入娃娃菜、蟲草花煮, 亦未有多少提升到湯底的味道, 對於我來說, 會接受較為清淡的蔬菜菜式, 作為清一清其他菜式的油膩感, 但對於慣吃濃味的朋友來說, 會覺得太清淡。鯉魚鮮奶凍弄成鯉魚形狀的芒果布甸甚為有趣, 樣子栩栩如生, 底下放了花奶, 作為鯉魚的池水。芒果現在當造期, 令我對這甜品很有期望, 本想破戒大吃一頓芒果, 可惜的是芒果不夠多, 不太吸引人吃下去, 而布甸或許因為要有造形, 而帶一點實淨感, 不夠幼滑。

眾多菜式之中, 以這款最為清淡, 滾至奶白色的鮮魚湯, 只帶有淡淡魚香, 調味很輕或無, 再加入娃娃菜、蟲草花煮, 亦未有多少提升到湯底的味道, 對於我來說, 會接受較為清淡的蔬菜菜式, 作為清一清其他菜式的油膩感, 但對於慣吃濃味的朋友來說, 會覺得太清淡。
