To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒店三月時推出優惠，只要以七折價錢便可享用下午茶 $550/ tea set，馬上買一套來試吓。但打電話預約嘅時候，已被通知沒有窗口位，頓時有點失望，需知道窗口位比較難預約，但也沒想過疫情之下也這麼Full House。五月中4:30 來到品嚐下午茶，因為行最令嘅關係，酒店開放116樓分散人流，終於能分配到窗口位，實在太驚喜。116樓居高臨下，這個價錢是很值得的，至於Tea set 嘅食物只是普通，茶雖然多選擇但沒有特別好喝。環境很好，服務也很好，沒有時間限制來Relax一下，真的很寫意。
