To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 19/07/2010 上午 11:15 左右, Thxdtsdd 及太太黎到深水埗添好運點心專門店吃午餐, 準備試一下平價美芝蓮級既食物. 當時冇人等位, 即刻可以入座, 不過座位都幾逼.我地馬上睇只有一張咁大把既點心紙, 選擇並不多, 不過唔緊要, 最緊要食物好食就得. 大排檔式茶壺, 只有獨沽一味的普洱菜, 每位 $2, 味道都 ok 啦, 起碼 d 茶唔會濃到苦.落左 order 後, 等 5-10 分鐘就有點心上檯了. 先來黃沙豬潤腸, 腸粉皮又薄又滑, 加埋細細塊既豬潤腸, 好好食! Thxdtsdd 之前都係廣州食蓮香樓食過豬潤腸, 都唔夠添好運好食!豉汁蒸鳳爪, Thxdtsdd 賣相, 顏色好靚, 豉椒味都好好, 鳳爪又夠淋, 最重要係唔會煮到 d 皮都甩埋, 值得一讚!晶瑩鮮蝦餃, 皮都幾薄, 蝦幾新鮮, 大致不錯!煎臘味蘿蔔糕, Thxdtsdd 及太太都覺得好吃, 幾足蘿蔔, 唔會只係一舊粉, 不過就冇咩臘味了.古法糯米雞, 大大隻, 幾抵食. 燸米比其他酒樓軟熟, 好吃, 餡料都幾足, Thxdtsdd 收貨了.最後黎既係酥皮焗叉燒包, Thxdtsdd 覺得

古法糯米雞, 大大隻, 幾抵食. 燸米比其他酒樓軟熟, 好吃, 餡料都幾足, Thxdtsdd 收貨了.


最後黎既係酥皮焗叉燒包, Thxdtsdd 覺得好好食, 特別係酥皮甜甜地, 又香口! 雖然包仔細細, 但叉燒餡料都好足, 正! 大家一定要試試啊!


今餐埋單要 $91, 唔算貴, 食物真係唔錯, 比一般酒樓好, 不過服務就真係麻麻了, 侍應又"論盡", 先整跌 Thxdtsdd 太太的筷子, 再幾乎整跌對面同座既食客的筷子, 而且清潔檯面又馬虎, 呢 d 都絕對要改善既地方.


我地走既時候大約 12:15, 已經有幾多人等位了. 下次 Thxdtsdd 黎吃點心, 都要早 d 先!
