Amina Modern European 是一間走中高檔路線的西餐廳,用餐環境整潔舒適,並富一定氣氛格調,適合兩小夥兒並肩而行。佳餚供應方面,型式上有點似私房菜。每晚的餐單早已訂定,食客只需從數款頭盤及主菜中挑選心中所好,並決定是否配酒,來一頓豐盛的 wine-pairing 晚膳。是晚的盛宴由一客簡單的 Amuse Bouche「青蘋果蜜瓜冷湯 佐谷巴火腿脆片」開始。酒紅色的火腿脆片一片片插放於方體盛器上,賣相富特色。相比一般火腿,火腿脆片固然擁有脆卜卜的口感優勢,十分適合用作席前開胃小吃。青蘋果蜜瓜冷湯的用意十分清晰,旨在洗滌口中的味蕾。蜜瓜冷湯味道清甜,而面上的青蘋果泡沬亦給冷湯額外帶來一份清新感覺。「自家製麵包及特色醬」內含四款不同口味,包括南瓜麵包、朱古力麵包、意式香草麵包,以及麵包脆條。雖然 Amina 只是一間西餐廳,但其麵包出品卻有不俗的水準,應脆得脆,應軟得軟,自身主調味道突出。配上的煙燻牛油同屬自家製作,能進一步豐富包品的味道。「火腿拼盤」內含 Prosciutto de Parma、Coppacollo 及 Mortadella 三款火腿各兩片,味道鹹香沉穏,全
