To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到九龍城想食得地道啲，但最出名嘅聯發都排隊排到就嚟出城，雖然想食餐好嘢食，但又唔想嘥時間排隊囉，點知睄到隔離有間新開嘅冰室，要避開人流嘅大胃當然走入去試吓啦大胃最鍾意凍奶茶用鐵杯裝住，而且冰碎上，加晒分佢地啲飯餐一樣令人意外，價錢唔算貴，卻有西餐廳嘅質素，呢碗飯有得揀汁，大胃揀咗蒜蓉汁，味道不錯冇諗到佢地啲漢堡扒會係自製，而且肉汁豐富，芝士又唔膩，炸蝦又爽口豬扒飯睇得又食得，豬扒切好晒一塊塊，唔使用刀嘅，用口啦飯唔會硬又唔會油淋淋，好過食排膠樂先啦環境夠晒復古，有mood就有心情開餐啦
