第一次黎到Harbourside Grill食飯,揀左6:30呢個時間,希望可以睇到日落,但因為今日天氣麻麻地,所以見唔到日落嗰下🥲不過淨係食個夜景都好足夠了😻✅Starter- Salmon Tartare 三文魚魚油勁香勁出,就算撈埋個dressing都唔會比其他調味搶咗三文魚嘅味道👅三文魚itself都好有彈性,唔係淋滋滋/一pat野咗!撈埋牛油果同佢個dressing呢個配搭簡直一流👍🏾✅Main- Ribeye🥩塊扒我地叫左medium rare,每塊扒都可以揀一個sauce. 我地問左店員佢地recommend邊款sauce之後就跟左佢個recommendation揀左Bordelaise sauce🍷 塊牛好香牛味,不過如果下次要我再揀,我會揀西冷,因為ribeye真係好多筋。塊牛on top仲有一個有辣味嘅牛油,個人認為唔洗加任何sauce同牛油去食呢塊牛扒都得,加完反而有啲喧賓奪主✅Main- Sea Bass, crushed potatoes, lobster bisque🐟個龍蝦湯絕對驚艷到我味蕾,超級香龍蝦味!撈埋薯蓉食超正🥰個鱸魚都做到好滑身,唔會因為煎完而

因為今日晏晝食得太多野,黎到Harbourside Grill都試唔到太多野🫠下次黎嘅話想試埋個Apple Tarte Tatin😻
