Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 非常之高興有幸出席美心集團的博客開年飯,來到上環信德中心的美心皇宮,整晚慶高彩烈,菜色一流,開心到像「鮑撈起」poster一樣想跳起呢!博客開年飯前師傳教我們做杏仁糕玫瑰花,有點像黏土班,哈哈,體驗了造餅師傳都一定要學得一手好手工!餓了一會,晚宴終於開始!!美饌同心鮑撈起 (鮑片、三文魚撈起)一道極有新年好意頭的傳統菜式「撈起」,意味撈得風山水起,再加入矜貴鮑魚,就成了「鮑撈起」!材料有鮑片、三文魚生、海蜇、薄脆與多種色彩繽紛的蔬菜切絲,有一連串步驟去加入配料/調味料,每個動作都有吉利的名字,例如加入三文魚就要說「年年有餘」~完成加入所有材料,最後就是大家一齊高舉筷子一同撈起材料,大聲叫著「撈起撈喜,風生水起」,非常開心很好玩,未開飯已添上高高興興、鬧哄哄的新年氣氛!除了好意頭又好玩,味道也超好,三文魚生超級的肥美,帶著強勁的青檸汁酸香,配著菜絲一併吃,感覺很新鮮醒胃。另外也很喜歡那些香口的薄脆,為整碟鮑撈起帶來更豐富口感。美味指數 :9/10金豬呈獻瑞 (醬燒琵琶金豬)然後上了一道乳豬全體,吃過這麼多家的乳豬,美心的是數一數二的最好吃!特別的皮脆肉嫩,配以鹹度剛好的醬汁,突顯肉味更香

金豬呈獻瑞 (醬燒琵琶金豬)
然後上了一道乳豬全體,吃過這麼多家的乳豬,美心的是數一數二的最好吃!特別的皮脆肉嫩,配以鹹度剛好的醬汁,突顯肉味更香濃。

包羅萬有福滿盤 (油泡螺片一品盆)
新年怎少得一味盆菜,這個盆菜用料上乘豐富,有原隻鮑魚、海參、花膠、鵝掌、螺片、原粒瑤柱、冬菇、髮菜等等。
每種材料都非常入味,很久沒吃過如此一流的盆菜,突然很想點多個盆菜,約家人吃新年飯呢~

非常濃郁且非常稠口的蟹黃雞茸繪燕窩,啖啖燕窩,滲著無比蟹黃香,只嫌用料太不惜功本 =p,太多燕窩令質感過於濃稠。

又是很久沒有嚐過如此好吃的!!糯米飯非常煙韌入味,臘味與香菇份量很足,令糯米飯滲著無比的香氣。超愛吃這個,已非常飽的我不禁一口一口的吃光一整碗!

闔府慶團圓 (湯丸南瓜露)

來到甜品環節,雖然我不愛南瓜味,但這個南瓜露卻令我深深愛上!南瓜露香甜得很,沒過甜,湯丸煙煙韌韌的,內裡是流心的黑芝麻蓉。

白い草莓 (蛋酒慕絲蛋糕)
然後是東海堂限量發售的矜貴"白い草莓",白草莓是日本靜岡縣出產,但聽說每年日本全國能培植和出產的白草莓數量很少,所以極為罕有矜貴,一粒白草莓巿面上售價大約是港元四十元!
白草莓白裡透紅得可愛,咬一口,原來內裡是雪白的,非常鮮甜香嫩多汁,散發無比的莓香,那份甜美感的確與別不同,比紅草莓甜度高一點,酸度低一點,愛吃草莓的人必定要試試呢!

然後吃下面的蛋酒慕絲蛋糕,淡淡的蛋酒味不會搶去草莓與蛋糕的味道,伴著白朱古力碎片甜美很得~ 原本整個蛋糕的樣子,有如高貴精緻的禮物盒般,很漂亮!!!

其實白草莓跟紅草莓都一樣好吃啦,大大顆的紅草莓來自九洲佐賀縣,清甜多汁,草莓下的白朱古力慕絲蛋糕也令我著迷,軟滑甜美,用黑朱古力包裝成小木盒,有如一份平實卻很有心思的情人禮物~

事隔兩星期才出文,真的很不好意思,新春跟情人節的文也很趕呢~ 我的生活實在過於充實,要再好好管理時間才行!

情人節過去了,農曆新年也是過去了,但鮑撈起和包羅萬有福滿盤賣到 2月28 號的,兩款豐富多料的菜式(4-6位用)都只是$698,還有中銀信用卡優惠,接近全線美心中菜酒樓都有提供,快訂枱跟家人吃飯吧!
趕不及也不用緊,我對美心的中菜都很有信心,甚麼時候吃都好
