To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上周剛把大家姐Chris的生日扒寫完 今日就趁熱打鐵 為ICE的二姐IKI開篇 先來我們三個的Pre Birthday Gathering 低調開場 有機腐衣鮮淮山 印象裏淮山有兩種質地 一來軟糯綿口 亦或是爽脆挺身 冷盤自然是後者 淋上麻醬 遊離在粉和爽的口感 很是清新開胃 柑橘脆蝦球 米其林的推薦菜式脆蝦球炸的輕薄 但作為蝦迷 個人覺得蝦肉下的有點吝嗇呀 外層的”粉漿”感過重 口感就失衡了 也讓本意去調和海味的柑橘醬 顯得突兀若是如此 不如整個大顆的玻璃蝦球玩玩更好？ 蠔汁百靈菇扒翡翠 翡翠是豆苗！！清爽嫩口 是記憶裏家的味道 思念的感覺 潤雨細如絲滋味炆牛尾(位上) 店家推薦牛尾炆的到位 肉質好咬也入味醬汁濃鬱 帶著豐富的牛味 拌飯一流清宮禦膳肉 肥瘦相間的大腩排 加入紹興酒增味肉質腍軟 嫩而香口再有冰糖挑起肉的鮮美 是不會膩口的秘訣邪惡的東西 總是讓人開懷 其實我們幾個是重口味…..哈哈哈愛搞怪是ICE的作風吃蛋糕太正經？ 那….我們就來走最炫中國風吧~~半打壽桃包！！ 再用edible color pen為你寫上心意舉著壽桃包拍了好一會照 到手的時候已經微涼 包身鬆軟頗
