繼美麗華國金軒,毗鄰機場的天際萬豪中菜廳,也是我經常到訪的地方。皆因這裡的環境典雅舒適,擁大海景,又不會太嘈雜,價錢合理,食物穩陣,是與良朋知己吃飯聚頭的好選擇。於機場及東涌,均有免費穿梭巴士直達,於我而言,算是方便。雖然,許多人聽到這地點,仍會覺得好「山卡啦」。 這晚,由白切羊肩肉作序,驟眼看有幾分似蒜泥白肉,不過,這羊肩肉,肉爽而沒半點嚡口,還滲出點點羊羶味,配合酸爽的木耳,乃相當不俗的冷盤。 每次到來,均會點上呢度既蜜餞叉燒皇,有幸總廚親自出來,為熱石灑上汁,如霧如熱,全像遊戲… 帶燶邊的叉燒,一如以往是偏瘦,但咬落是帶點爽彈的口感,完全不覺韌,肉香還不錯,保持一貫的高水準。 平日少湯水的我,趁機會整番盅北芅黨參羊頸湯。揭開盅蓋,材料十足,難怪香氣溢出,湯色清徹不油,唯一要挑剔的,只是稍稍淡口。 再來的蝦球,自當是用上巨大的虎蝦,屬睇見都滿足既類別。啖啖爽口,汁醬酸中滲出微辣,蠻開胃。配角之蓮藕酥,同樣酥脆可口,絕不讓虎蝦專美,確是賞心之作。 千呼萬喚,主角的監烤羊腿,終於隆重登場。此羊腿的吃法,跟片皮鴨差不多,第一食是片羊皮,以麼麼皮包著羊皮來吃,由於羊腿經過海監、花椒、紹興

千呼萬喚,主角的監烤羊腿,終於隆重登場。此羊腿的吃法,跟片皮鴨差不多,第一食是片羊皮,以麼麼皮包著羊皮來吃,由於羊腿經過海監、花椒、紹興酒等醃好了再烤,本身已夠味,並不用伴任何汁醬。

羊腿肉輕輕沾上海鹽,及孜然粉,已經合適,最多是伴上生菜,不用花巧。只嫌肉質略韌。
