To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無見過這位朋友,雖然大家時不時 whatsapp,但這麼久沒見面總是令人掛心。趁近排疫情稍微回落,相約她出來吃頓午飯聚一聚。知道友人愛吃上海菜,所以就特意選了歌賦街這家老牌上海菜館「上海弄堂」。餐廳由創辦至今已有 18 年,總店位於天后,而中環這間分店亦已有逾 10 年歷史。餐店位於歌賦街,門面採用落地玻璃作設計,店內裝修雅致,環境舒適,佈置和掛畫都有種老上海味道,十分貼合「弄堂」形象。先看餐牌,原來餐廳最近推出咗幾款全新口味的上海手工餛飩,選了其中兩款,另外再加咗碗滋補靚湯、小籠包、上海春卷同豆沙鍋餅。先吃元貝豬肉蝦仁餛飩 ($62/8隻),食味很不錯,廚師將元貝切至細碎狀,再拌入新鮮豬肉及原隻蝦仁製成餡料,蝦隻食落頗彈牙、而豬肉亦鮮爽味濃,肉香中帶海鮮的鮮甜。至於另一款薺菜豬肉餛飩 ($62/8隻)  味道亦十分出色,薺菜清香鮮嫩,風味獨特,菜香襯托著濃濃的肉香,簡單得來卻充滿家鄉風味。響螺蟲草燉雞十全養生湯 ($20)  湯羹用咗響螺、蟲草花、淮山及薏仁等十種材料燉製,入口甘甜不膩,加上無落味精,純天然,夠曬養生,雞肉鮮而嫩滑,只係 $20 碗,非常抵飲!每次食上海菜都一定會

每次食上海菜都一定會點小籠包 ($40),今次當然也不例外。小籠包上檯時仍熱辣辣,外皮皺褶工整。肉餡用新鮮豬肉炮製,質感鬆化,入口有肉的鮮味,加上內裡湯汁充沛,味道清鮮,簡單又美味。

上海春卷 ($32)  除咗小籠包,春卷亦是我和友人嘅至愛,這裡亦做得很不錯,外皮又薄又脆,入口一點也不油膩。

豆沙鍋餅 ($45),外邊炸到脆卜卜,豆沙餡亦下得唔少,味道很香甜,熱度亦十分對辦,入口皮脆餡香,為這頓午餐完美作結。
