To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我媽媽去大圍潮庭飲茶，門口支客話冇位，推佢去旁邊的美中鴨子，根本兩間酒樓食嘅嘢完全唔同；佢就叫你老人家，硬着要推你過去，話食物完全一樣。去到美中鴨子，係用碟嚟食嘢的，完全冇碗；我阿媽要食擔擔麵，想分一部份俾我，唯有將麵放在隻碟度食，真係不知所謂。飲茶係用玻璃杯的，你將熱茶倒在玻璃杯內，一拿起隻杯，就熱到你飛起。一個70多歲的老人家，就係俾大圍的潮庭及美中鴨子玩起。美中鴨子無生意，你就將去潮庭的客人推過去美中鴨子，這就是美心的好客之道。
