熟我阿P的人都知我係一個牛魔王加邊爐怪,而識阿J的亦清楚她的口味很喜歡健康清淡同原味。但試問麻甩打邊爐又點會清淡?就係因為呢㸃,搞到阿J好多時都唔多願join我的邊爐局。今日PJ 到九龍塘探望友人新居入伙,順道到九龍城的厚福館開餐,我心唸今次發達la,去厚福館即係可以食佢地d靚靚本地牛加正爆湯底,點知朋友話佢呢排熱氣生"痱滋",加上聽聞厚福館的蒸氣火鍋都唔錯,話不如今晚唔好烚下烚下,試下蒸的好唔好?我都未來得反應,阿J已經一口答:好!既然係咁,今晚一於試吓令阿J可以食得到清淡原味的蒸氣火鍋喇。睇門面有咁多靚靚魚缸,就知道厚福館都好主打海鮮吓,而這個四人份量的蒸氣火鍋套餐(每人$360)超過一半都係海鮮。這個套餐最震撼的地方是每位都有一隻生蠔及馬糞海膽,生蠔頗大隻,味亦鮮。海膽份量頗多,雖不算是頂級鮮味但都非常新鮮,味道絕不比刺身專門店遜色。到清蒸系列,包括時令蜆、大扇貝、海中蝦、鮑魚以及深海琵琶蝦。海鮮只要夠新鮮,清蒸就最鮮甜,這個蜆,嫩同鮮,講完。至於蝦,海中蝦夠哂彈牙大隻,頭內的蝦膏亦多。琵琶蝦肉嫩,但我還是較喜歡龍蝦的啖啖肉。大扇貝夠哂厚肉大隻,特別一讚清蒸的時間剛好,令到帶子鮮

一口氣食了咁多海鮮,係時候食返啲紅肉同白肉喇。榨菜滑牛的牛肉夠牛味,有嚼頭,不愧係厚福館,加埋鹹鹹地嘅榨菜一齊食,配碗白飯就正喇。

食過蒸氣海鮮鍋的,都一定知道,最正的一定係食到最後鍋底裏面那些精華肉汁,這裡可㨂用來泡飯或泡銀針粉,我們當然選了坊間較少用的後者。啖啖精華配以滑口的銀針粉,店員還特意為湯底加上蛋花,令這餐原汁原味的蒸氣鍋晚餐錦上添花。

席間,我看見有些食客在很滋味的吃著肥牛打邊爐,阿J看見我又葡萄又渴望的眼神,她竟自動提出下星期搵晚同我再來這裡烚下烚下打邊爐!!!OMG,是厚福館的吸引力還是我行運?多謝老婆大人的善解人意。
