年廿九同屋企人食團年飯, 揀咗我屋企人嘅至愛泉章居,係一間老字號客家菜,我由細食到大,遠至我嫲嫲同老豆都係佢嘅忠粉,最出名食鹽焗雞同梅菜扣肉。多數人叫套餐,包一個例湯,配招牌鹽焗雞or 霸王雞,再加兩至三款小菜價錢不等,我哋叫左一個二人餐再加一碟小菜,好似比一個四人餐抵食少少。共四個餸,鹽焗雞 ,梅菜扣肉,西檸魚塊,鮮魷炒菜。全部熱辣辣上枱,扣肉好林,而梅菜唔太咸送飯一流,鹽焗雞肉質鮮嫩,永冇失手。一家人食咗一餐開開心心嘅團年飯迎接新年
