To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排完全愛上咗食餃子,瘋狂想試唔同舖頭嘅餃子🥹🥟呢一間明發小食係老字號,聽聞啲煎餃同埋魚肉碗仔翅好出名!雙拼煎餃(椰菜同韭菜)煎餃超級脆口,入邊嘅餡料係滿滿的!鍾意佢切到啲菜唔會太碎,仲咬到啲菜好爽嘅口感😍外脆內軟。呢間煎餃喺我心目中算係排頭幾位👍🏻!上碟嗰陣時,細心嘅店舖姐姐仲同我哋講先食咗淡味嘅椰菜先,之後再食比較濃味嘅韭菜會比較好。自家製豆腐花太耐冇食豆腐花,諗住過下口癮。豆腐花好軟滑,唔使落太多黃糖都得,本身都已經有糖水底。😝下次再試吓佢地既巴斯克芝士蛋糕先!🤩

雙拼煎餃(椰菜同韭菜)
煎餃超級脆口,入邊嘅餡料係滿滿的!鍾意佢切到啲菜唔會太碎,仲咬到啲菜好爽嘅口感😍外脆內軟。呢間煎餃喺我心目中算係排頭幾位👍🏻!上碟嗰陣時,細心嘅店舖姐姐仲同我哋講先食咗淡味嘅椰菜先,之後再食比較濃味嘅韭菜會比較好。

太耐冇食豆腐花,諗住過下口癮。豆腐花好軟滑,唔使落太多黃糖都得,本身都已經有糖水底。😝
