餐廳環境古色古香,有不少特色及工序繁複嘅手工菜式供應,係一間頗有名氣嘅潮州菜館😌🥢潮州紅燒魚翅($438)湯底味道濃郁,質感稠身,魚翅份量好多,用筷子都夾得起,真係貨真價實👍🏻配醋及芫荽同食,口感及味道會更好😋🥢鵝三寶($298)三寶有鵝肉、鵝腸及鵝肝,鵝肉肉質軟腍,鵝腸爽脆且唔會有好多肥膏,鵝肝軟滑且無香煎嘅油膩感,底部更有滑身滷水豆腐,各款都好入味,而且高質👍🏻🥢魚露浸花甲($198)花甲大隻而肥美,無沙又啖啖肉,魚露更能帶出花甲鮮甜,一啖一隻係咁食唔停😋另去掉另一邊殼後,會食得更方便👍🏻🥢老藥桔($20)味道鹹鹹甜甜,味道有啲似九製陳皮,有潤肺及化痰止咳等功效,係潮汕特色飲品。
