阿媽話今晚有人黎食飯,叫我放工去買多少少餸,真係俾佢考起,好彩都俾我諗到,最後決定去左斬料加餸,同事介紹黎呢度買燒味,話呢度啲燒臘唔錯。黎到舖頭門口,有隻又大又過癮既燒鵝著住廚師衫,好易認,呢度除左燒味,仲有臘味同埋滷水,選擇都幾多。我就叫左份燒鵝下莊同埋叉燒。荔枝柴脆皮燒鵝-下莊即係燒鵝脾,用荔枝柴燒既鵝真係別有一番風味,除左皮香脆肉嫩滑外,仲有陣陣柴燒香氣,點埋個燒鵝必點既酸梅醬,絕配!古法叉燒 - 我仲驚唔夠食,點知份量都幾多,最後真係食唔晒,我估佢用左梅頭肉,肉質鬆化淋滑,肥膏唔多但完全唔鞋,調味亦都剛好!

古法叉燒 - 我仲驚唔夠食,點知份量都幾多,最後真係食唔晒,我估佢用左梅頭肉,肉質鬆化淋滑,肥膏唔多但完全唔鞋,調味亦都剛好!
