Tai Ping Koon is a famous Hong Kong style Western cuisine...famous Swiss sauce chicken wings, fried flat noodles and big Soufflé. Walked pass TST and CWB branch numerous of times throughout the years but never step my foot into the restaurant to try. What made me finally step my foot into Tai Ping Koon, well, it is right across my yoga class place! Isn't it evil to eat in Tai Ping Koon after exercise?! Waited for around 5mins and the waiter escorted us to our sofa seats. The menu look old fashion, kind of reminded me of the past HK western style restaurants my parents used to bring me when I was young. We know what we came here for....fried flat noodle and chicken wings!! We wanted to eat the big Soufflé too but during our waiting time, we saw the Soufflé and it was bigger than our head so I guess another time.
Two waiters was beside our table throughout the dinner and they were talking in mandarin. They stood around chatting more than working. I didn't expect 5 star service in Tai Ping Koon but kind of made me wonder what they are doing. Our seats was right under the AC!...it was quite cold.

My first time experience in Tai Ping Koon after SO many years is good but the AC made the food cold after 3mins on our table (which was a little disappointing).
