To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和菜戴帽 (配單餅6張) ($126)

名字很有趣,起初不知道它是甚麼,再看餐牌的照片,就大概了解它的模樣。原來它底下是由椰菜絲、雲耳絲和粉絲組成的素菜,上面是一大塊煎蛋角,好像戴了帽一樣。夾一點素菜和蛋角,再用單餅包起來吃,感覺很特別。

北京烤填鴨 (一隻) ($460)

最後,主角北京填鴨送上了,大家都很興奮。廚師刀功很好,每一件片皮鴨都像切得一模一樣,鴨肉泛起點點油光,意態迷人。片皮鴨味道豐膄,配了醬汁再用麵粉皮包著吃,味道完美。
