To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫鵝片佢就sell我地加鵝腸,我自己就唔食內臟嘅,不過阿奶奶話要少少喎,咁咪要囉。點知黎到嘅時候,鵝片得五薄片,鵝腸就一大碟!同果個點菜嘅女人講話得五片咁少,果個人竟然話比多你啦! 另外,個咸菜豬肚湯重咸過海水加鹽!仲唔知點解會有大量未清理嘅豬腸喺度,見到都反胃!最後果個女人仲竟然問要唔要點糖水!仲唔快d走咩!已後都冇回頭啦!
