To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前有位工作上O既前輩約食飯, 佢的女兒話要帶我食佢地屋企附近懷舊菜~ 其實都幾期待, 連一個小朋友都要推薦中菜, 會係點架呢?咁啱今日係星期日, 門口都幾多人等位, 店舖唔算大, 但幾淨乾淨同埋坐得舒服~而且黎食好多都係街坊街里, 大家同店員都打成一片~好熱鬧~今日食O既野都係小朋友揀, 其實叫左好多樣~我揀左3 款最正去介紹清湯牛腩只是$35 一碗~ 入面牛腩份量好多, 每一舊都燉到好腍, 好入味~ 蘿蔔清甜, 吸收哂牛腩湯D 精華~ 個湯汁就更加唔洗講, 甜到不得了~  絕對要推介!花雕醉雞雞肉好滑, 加左花雕好香, 入哂味雞又唔肥, 最緊要係切開D 雞骨髓唔係紅色懷舊狗仔粉好耐無食過加狗仔粉, 呢豌值得讚係湯底, 香菇味又夠, 狗仔粉好滑, 好飽肚~

清湯牛腩
只是$35 一碗~ 入面牛腩份量好多, 每一舊都燉到好腍, 好入味~ 蘿蔔清甜, 吸收哂牛腩湯D 精華~ 個湯汁就更加唔洗講, 甜到不得了~  絕對要推介!
