係銅鑼灣覍食,日韓菜食得最多,估唔到都有間潮州菜老店。原來新光在此已經十幾年,只做晚市,在鵝頭橋底,平時唔會走過。一伙人大擦一餐,先食鹵水拼盤,雜錦併盤,當然鵝片最受歡迎,搶閘成功吃了一片,有皮有肥肉瘦肉,口感嫩,滷水味香,鵝腸好爽。川椒雞炸得香脆唔算好油,雞肉油嫩,如果川椒味道可以重啲會更香。今日魚飯係馬友,少少鹹味的潮州凍魚真係幾好食,肉嫩鹹鹹地,我鐘意配白粥食。瑤柱豆苖,芡汁內瑤柱味道濃郁,豆苖翠綠,食感嫩滑豐富。蠔仔粥餡料足。花鵰蟹新鮮酒味香,夠大隻,肉厚殼硬。呢道啲奶黃水晶包是橙色的,好搶鏡,師傅話就係想令佢靚啲,或者加咗紅蘿蔔做,味道跟正常的差不多,饀料濕滑,餃皮就是扎實啲滑,半透明。
