Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得有朋友從外國返黎 臨走前食返餐薦行友人想食上海菜 於是揀左呢間『香港老飯店』因為位置夠晒方便我地香港區、九龍區、新界區既代表哈哈哈食上海菜怎可能唔叫小籠包呢~~小籠包外皮適中唔算厚,包内餡料及湯汁鮮甜,肉質軟滑唔會 "鞋十十"砂鍋雲吞雞湯煲亦都係必叫雲吞皮薄細細粒一口一粒,雞肉亦都好嫩滑,仲有金華火腿一齊煲 成個湯好合桃薰蛋隻薰蛋流心架味道岩岩好,d合桃微熱好鬆脆 超好食紅燒元蹄隻元蹄炆得好腍好腍好腍 超入味 食落去好漿口 好有骨膠原丫鱔糊鱔條脆口夠味 送飯一流松子黃魚造型好吸引 由於系黃魚所以魚肉好滑 酸酸甜甜 好野味成班女人仔食到幾飽都好 到甜品時間幾飽都隊得落高麗豆沙 一般 普普通通 無驚喜炸芝麻湯圓 外酥內QQ 芝麻餡料好香 好好食酒釀丸子 酒糟好香 丸子好Q彈 仲有d玫瑰、桂花味 提升成盅酒釀丸子經過今晚呢餐 又唔知要等幾耐先可以再聚希望唔會等得太耐喇

小籠包外皮適中唔算厚,包内餡料及湯汁鮮甜,肉質軟滑唔會 "鞋十十"

雲吞皮薄細細粒一口一粒
,雞肉亦都好嫩滑,仲有金華火腿一齊煲 成個湯好
