嚟到深水埗其實都唔係太知道食乜嘢好,除咗車仔麵或者泰菜之外,今日見到呢間上海菜竟然要排隊! 入到去嘅時候都發覺其實都幾多選擇,唔淨止正宗上海菜,仲有其他小菜嘅,不過既然係上海菜館咁梗係朝東上海菜啦。鮮肉小籠包五隻($48): 以前啲人教落,食小籠包要睇吓有幾多摺,同埋要用筷子夾起上邊,睇吓有冇湯汁流出。咬開少少餃子皮之後肉汁即刻流出嚟,完全食到肉汁嘅鮮甜,而且肉嘅份量適中,配上酸醋就更加惹味。例牌酸辣湯($58): 上菜嘅時候已經聞到一帶浸酸辣味,好開胃。入邊竟然有蝦,都幾驚喜。叫咗例牌酸辣湯,我哋兩個人食,都每人食到三碗,所以其實夾埋係有差唔多6碗! 抵食!而且自己雖然唔太食辣,但係佢嘅辣度都啱啱好係我接受到嘅程度,不過真係會越食越熱。鎮江餚肉($80): 即係啫喱狀嘅凍肉,食落去冇乜豬蘇味,有時食涼菜,都會驚有太大嘅味道,但係佢地處理得好好。回鍋肉($88):差唔多係食上海菜必叫嘅,都好考師傅嘅功駕。有椰菜配上回鍋肉仲有豆乾,有鑊氣香!高力豆沙四隻($52): 而家喺香港都好少見到有高力豆沙食,因為功夫真係要好多,但係比我喺度見到嘅咁梗係要食啦,本身仲想叫埋佢哋嘅豆沙窩餅,但係真係

總結:而家老派嘅上海菜喺香港應該買少見少,而且做到每樣都咁平均嘅呢一間都算係咁,而且比較驚喜嘅就真係仲有高力豆沙,為左高力豆沙,我會再去試吓其他嘅餸菜,見到隔籬枱,其實都做得幾出色!
