今晚玩懷舊食老牌粵菜,蓮香樓扎根香港數拾年一直都未試過這裡的晚飯中菜,今次專程來試試。裝修同傢俬保持上世紀大酒樓飲茶感覺,今時今日我們可以話係有特色。🤣🥢見到推廣介紹「錦鹵雲吞」就試試有點點失望,雲吞皮太厚不夠脆口,餡料用了一舊又乾又難叉燒味道怪怪,酸汁不夠酸菠蘿青椒一大堆。😅🥢客家釀鯪魚這道客家名菜做等不錯,廚師取出魚骨魚肉,保留魚皮同頭尾,加入魚膠蝦米陳皮打到起膠再重申釀入魚殼炸香,外層香口內層魚肉彈牙可口蝦米起到惹味作用。👍🥢咸排骨大芥菜煲咸排骨煮得諗好有咸香味,加入胡椒的芥菜湯底特別惹味。朋友的大碗白飯,換了是我起碼食一個星期。😅😅甜品古法馬拉糕,鬆軟香甜,綠豆沙糖水送的,綠豆起沙有臭草味正啊!👍牆身上的招牌推介我完全看不懂銀碼🤣。

這道客家名菜做等不錯,廚師取出魚骨魚肉,保留魚皮同頭尾,加入魚膠蝦米陳皮打到起膠再重申釀入魚殼炸香,外層香口內層魚肉彈牙可口蝦米起到惹味作用。👍
