晚上在土瓜灣消夜,想試一試潮州菜。杏汁燉白肺湯,杏汁沒有掩蓋豬肺的味道。鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味非常配合,暖胃。家鄉煎蠔仔烙,畧嫌蠔仔不足,總算香脆可口!半煎煮鹹牙帶,竞然給我一種吃馬介休的感覺!鹹鮮不油膩!最後來一碗蠔仔肉碎粥,蠔仔味十足,完美句號!
