呢間牛雜舖由當年老闆仔嘅阿爸阿媽(估計係)年代已經開始幫襯,當時仲係車仔檔,喺衣家舖頭對住嘅廟街街口,當年斜對面仲有個阿姐賣炸豬大腸,堅好食,佢仲教我要食腸頭,回味!講返牛雜,基本上我就係鍾意呢檔夠刁鑽,可以食到好多出面無乜人做嘅部位,一般人食嘅肺、腸、膀、肚,除咗牛肺之外其他嗰d我都唔太鍾意食,因為嫌佢普通得滯,我嘅心水係脆骨同心定,脆骨其實就係喉嚨位置(應該係,除非唔係),含大量軟骨,至於心定就係心臟頂嘅大血管,好爽架,質感似牛黃喉,如果大家都鍾意刁鑽位,咁就真係要試吓啦。
