朋友臨時book咗間隱世美食帶我去食,上環永樂街的「Sabor Spanish Touch Private Kitchen」。餐廳燈光昏暗,落地玻璃望出街景,環境寫意浪漫,餐廳仲免收開瓶費,好適合一班朋友包場慶祝活動。其實我已經聽聞過佢大名好耐啦,呢間私房菜已經開咗十幾年,主打西班牙菜式,最近佢哋推出新菜式:「Sabor Signature Chicken Box」食材系用咗廣東三大名雞之首「杏花雞」,將雞肝、雞肉、雞皮化身成三道不同特色料理,成隻雞都可以食返。Chicken Liver Pate前菜賣相唔錯,系特製雞肝醬同麵包,面層系焦糖洋蔥,味道甜甜哋好易入口,雞肝醬口感細膩柔滑,仲好香。擦在麵包上非常好味。Oven Baked Chicken主菜系隻雞,講到隻雞都幾巴閉,餐廳先會拎全隻雞出嚟show吓,再表演現場火燒打卡,淋上Vodka燒幾秒,驚太鞋唔會燒太耐。之後再拎返去拆肉,用煙燻處理隻雞,雞皮金黃油亮,慢煮雞肉嫩滑,不過我個人覺得可以煮耐啲啲。Chicken-skin Oil Rice 雞皮飯夠晒特別,將杏花雞雞皮炸到脆卜卜放入飯內,閂蓋焗,食之前再噴上特製醬油,香口好味,

雞皮飯夠晒特別,將杏花雞雞皮炸到脆卜卜放入飯內,閂蓋焗,食之前再噴上特製醬油,香口好味,趁熱食啦!餐廳準備咗12款鹽,如果想再重味啲可以同侍應講。
另外餐廳都有好多西班牙菜式,Tapas選擇都唔少

即場唧番茜蒜蓉醬,大大朵泡沫狀醬汁好靚,但好快就謝,影相要快手,呢個生蒜味道勁突出,微辣。墨魚粒軟冧夠味,同蒜醬好夾。

Catalonia Cream with homemade ice cream
甜品嘅Catalonia Cream加雲尼拿雪糕,賣相幾好,面層有脆焦糖微熱,Cream系冰涼口感,溝埋一齊絕配,食埋雪糕大滿足。
